Cancellation Policy
Consultation Policy To ensure a respectful and effective experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all consultation sessions: Session Start Time All consultations are scheduled to begin promptly at the agreed-upon time. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you receive the full duration of your session. No-Shows If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing notice, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions due to no-shows. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time will not be added, and no compensation or refund will be provided for the time missed. Rescheduling and Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
